My belief is that each individual should have the tools and knowledge necessary to manage their own safety and health, ensuring the best possible outcomes in any given emergency or risky situation. I emphasize a multi-faceted approach to personal defense and emergency preparedness, incorporating not only physical and medical skills but also mental readiness and self-empowerment.

My Approach to Training: 

I teach a variety of subjects with the goal of enabling individuals to be their own defender, first responder, and health advocate. I utilize different communication methods to ensure that information is not only absorbed by my students but retained and effectively applied in real-world situations. I emphasize hands-on, practical training and create an environment that encourages active participation, retention, and real-world application of life-saving skills.

My passion is not only about imparting knowledge but also ensuring that the people I train can confidently act in the face of danger or health crises. Bridging the gap between our first responders and civilian society is crucial to ensuring our communities safety. I'll be expanding my knowledge to include more advanced medical training for high-pressure, tactical environments, further reinforcing my commitment to helping others be prepared for anything.
